Whole place was clean with particularly nice views; good location in the middle of the city. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, as I could only expect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was a bit small, but it was impeccably clean and cozy. The en suite had a very powerful shower with hot water and good pressure, which was a huge plus for us. We also enjoyed the nice view from our room. Additionally, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with our bags and provided us with good recommendations for transportation options, as well as giving us helpful tips about the city.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi and enjoyed our family vacation. the location was great, close to restaurants and local transportation. Our room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. the bathroom had excellent water pressure and was well-kept. Staff service was thoughtful and helpful and they offered luggage storage. Breakfast had a decent variety of options and tasted great. Our kids loved the Smart TV and the complimentary Wi-Fi worked great. a pleasant stay.
We did experience difficulty with additional taxes on arrival, which was unexpected.

The room was cozy and had a nice view of the city lights at night. The shower had great water pressure and was always hot. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore.
The Wi-Fi was spotty at best and constantly cut out during our stay. They only cleaned our room one day during our stay and didn't replace the towels.

The hotel is situated in a great area close to many restaurants and shops. the shower pressure was excellent and the water was hot which was a plus after a long day of work. the staff was friendly and accommodating when it came to storing our luggage before check-in time.
We were surprised by additional taxes upon arrival which put a damper on things. the room lacked cleanliness, with leftover food and opened water bottles from previous guests left in the mini-fridge.
